Jewel Bugs

| These colourful bugs were sitting in a patch of sunlight on a tree. I liked the contrast of shiny colour bugs to rough brown bark. |

Very rare congregation of these colourful Jewel Bugs, Sue. The yellow one in the middle looks like a different species altogether.
A bigger version would have been better.
Nonetheless, it is a good picture.
Welcome to TN!

Hi Sue,
Nice composition, very colorful and with good sharpness.

Hello Sue and welcome among TN members!
Very nice documentary picture showing both stages of jewel bug species - lavea (almost all individuals) and adult (yellow one). Anyway, one correction is needed, these are not beetles (Coleoptera) but bugs (Heteroptera) :>
Best greetings from Poland,
Radomir
