WOW! This photo of yours had me in a state of dejection. I mean I felt like I'm breaking out in an uncontrolled fit of "jealousy" (please take this with a pinch of salt). Then I realised I've misread the symptoms. It is none of the above, but it is a deep sense of utter respect and acknowledgement to your shear talent. You have it and you are sharing it with us and that is beautiful.
This is an amazing photo and it surely goes up as one of my favourites (I never thought I'd say that of a fly).

I wrote a few words in my last comment to your picture but here I have to add one thing: bravo for taking photos so many different species!
This picture is really very good, with nice details, interesting POV, and - what I like the most - unusual object. Of course there are many fly species on TN, but only from time to time it is possible to find something more that Syrphidae or Asilidae species.
On the other hand I think that in case of this photo some noice reduction would be good :) But of course I understand that they are present here probably only because a small size of this species.
