Australian Seals on the beach at Seal Bay.
One male and two of his girls are dreaming on the warm sand. They can stay there for hours - provided no rival tries to interfere - due to a perfect temperature rgulation of their short fur.
Some KMs further New Zealand Fur Seals have to jump into the cold water every now and then because their dense fur is not made for long rests in the sun.
