Hi Bogdan,
Very nice shot of the seagull. Maybe cropping the picture as a portrait orientation could be better. Details are quite good, though some parts are over-exposed.

Hmm dont tell me Southbank across from Flinders St Station, I have taken countless photos there, the seagulls are quite tame
