The landscape is so crisp, the tones so well defined and subtle that one gets the feeling the whole thing is really just a painted backdrop off some hollywood movie set. The reaching trees, the menacing and majestic sky, the patches of sunlight on the distant green, I know exactly the cool tranquil feeling of this place. This picture is like a piece of sheet music for some fantastic overture. Your shot captured a beautiful moment in nature. Did a storm ever break that day? One small note of what I would have done differently: I would have cropped out some of the gravel foreground.
