Auckland Zoo - Sumatran Tiger
I wasn't going to upload this image due to the light area to the right. I shot this through the narrow bars of the tigers cage and somehow got this interference. Bu,t I like the image so much that I thought I would share it anyway. |

That's a nice shot but as you said the light is a bit disturbing, I'll try a WS later.
Well done
Pam, Nice profile shot with good details! Colorful surroundings & his/her eye has caught some of your flash providing some glint to the eye. Too bad you caught that hazing effect from the enclosure edge :-( Overall a great shot! Thanx for posting

Bonita imagen Pam.
Interesante encuadre con buena agudeza y la mirada perdida conforman una agradable composicion.
Buen colorido... sólo te preguntaría si sabes que ocasionó esa luminosidad o efecto a la derecha de la imagen.
Pretty image Pam.
Interesting frame with good sharpness and the lost glance conforms an pleasant composition.
Good colorful... only I would ask you if you know that it caused that luminosity or effect to the right of the image.

Old mean eye. Nice capture. A bit soft around the nose area otherwise very nice detail. Thanks for posting
I love tigers and think they are the nicest of the cats. This Sumatran tiger is very rare I don't think I have seen a live one before. I mourn the haze from the fence though.
Sorry points tomorrow.

This an intense shot. I love tigers, but have absolutely no shots of them and that is sad. I like the catchlight in the eye as well.
