Hello Tony,
your place is such an incredibly rich source of fine views, and you manage so perfectly well to see and present them.
Wonderful arrangement of waters, rocks, sands, and a majestical tree to frame the view into the bay. Very inviting subtle colours, and an enormous depth.
Thank you! My best regards,
Peter

Hi Tony, simple and lovely composition with fascinating tree, superb colors, very well done, ciao Silvio

Hello Tony,

Again a beautiful landscape. Nice compo with the lonely tree at the FG. You can use the tree as a frame. He is leading you into the BG. Very good colours. The sunlight brings the trunk of the tree well in the picture. Good composition. Tony is this tree a POHUTUKAWA (with the red flowers)? Regards and TFS BOB

Hello Tony,
Delightful view of of this coastline taken from under the shade of the spreading tree that forms an excellent part of the composition. Nice wedge-shapes of land and water. Great palate of colours and lighting.
Well done again1
Thanks and best wishes, Ivan

Hi Tony,
Good capture of the bay with the old Pohutukawa making a nice natural frame.

wow...a complex picture of design and patterns in nature..of course the obvious tree with its unusual truck split and branches out of Stephen King. Then you have some moss...either you like moss or it is very prevalent in NZ..but it adds some spice to the overall picture....Heck..you do landscapes so well I feel like I am telling you stuff you already knew..so just to let ta know I saw it all too!
Bob

Hi tony, what a nice landscape, the tree looks lazy, the shore also, all letting themselves sway in the landscape. Truly nice, lovely colours, the dark brown against the blue water and blue sky is so nice. Thank you!

Francine

This is really lovely Tony. The exposure is perfect. I love the framing created by the tree. Very nice work.

Lovely composition. The different elements are well balanced - I especially like the browns and greens of the algae covered rocks.

Hi Tony!

Simplicity... and beauty! You know how to put on stage a simple landscape. Through you eye and your lens an apparently banal piece of beach, a tree and a coastline become a beauty.

Kind regards

Markus

Hello Tony,
Magnificent view! Great composition with very good lighting and natural colours.Excellent POv and beautiful foreground and background. The well lit bark of the tree and the moss covered coastline are beautiful. Thanks for sharing this beautiful picture, Tony.
Regards,
Smitha.

Hi Tony,
A great use of the natural framing by this wonderful tree. it does channel the eye perfectly toward the distant shoreline. If I may, I would like to suggest to consider a slightly lower POV. And the reason why has to do with the lower branch and the rock formation behind it. If you would have lowered your camera with about 50 centimeters, it would not have 'touched' the rock and would have created a better seperation of similar color. It now becomes a little bit difficult to tell what is what. This is the only point I can give on improvement. The rest of the photo is just perfect.
TFS,
Niek

each tree is in the eye of the beholder and like the rainbow is transcendental...in some respects..only our photographs allow us to share the same viewpoint..yet differ in our view..
trees to me mean peace even in the storm as they struggle to hold the earth..
this is a sharp photograph of a pleasant view..well toned and balanced...if i shut my eyes i remember the tree and its message..
cheers
geof
