[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
East Cape Coastline

This is another photo taken from the moving coach on our trip around the East Cape of the North Island of New Zealand.

The first couple of days were wet and windy, as you can see here. But within 24 hours I am happy to say that the weather had changed and we had hot sunny days from then on.

New Zealand's remote East Cape is one of the first places in the world to see the sun rise.

It is also New Zealand's most Eastern Landmark, and the country's least visited place. It is sparsely populated with very few facilities.

It offers a spectacular rugged coastline and is a great place for travellers who want to get off the beaten track.

But the day we visited the East Cape we didn’t see any of the sun. But we did enjoy seeing the rugged coastline and rough seas through the grey clouds and rain.

This remote and seldom visited region boasts a beautiful rugged coastline and sleepy towns with a rich Māori culture. It is sparsely populated with very few facilities

The color and exposure gives the landscape a forelorn and remote look. Great shot from a moving vehicle.

This is a lovely image of this rough shoreline. The cloud looks very dramatic. It is an extremely good image especially considering it was taken for a moving vehicle. Lovely composition.

I enjoy the rugged & angled parallel lines of off-shore rock..And your FG plane, which gives a sense of depth and scale..I also like the stormy skies, backing up your featured set of rocks nicely.
I think the image might be rotated CCW one degree, but that's nit picking my dear ;)
