Nice exposure, details, color, and POV. An interesting, albeit unusual post today mf..And your gull should see a specialist right away! That beak sticking out of the back of it's head, and swollen throat should be looked after ;-}}

Hi Janice,
An unusual POV along with an unusual subject make for an interesting photo. I have never seen a seagull like these. Nice focus on the difficult white. Bright vivid colors show well against the semi-dark BG. Well done.

Good morning (when you get this) Janice,
Stunning double capture of the Red-billed Gull stretching his neck like his companion behind him the two making a fine image. I also like the detail of the nearest, his beady white eye with red border making it look like a little target. Nice contrasting dark BG.

This is almost graphic! Very lovely with the warm colours of the bills and the calm BG. Amazing looking birds!

Good photo. A little deceptive at first from the thumbnail, ' A bird with 2 beaks, what!!!' hehe. It looks good and the colours are very vivid on the beaks and the eye is so sharp.

Thanks once again for your visit and positive comments. It has only been an adventure and incredible learning experience but I would not have been able to achieve any of this if it was not for Loot’s incredible knowledge in the technical aspects of photography and the love he has for nature that rubbed off on me. I am sure you will soon start to get fed up with me, not returning to your latest posting. Please bear with me. I have missed out so many beautiful photos and it will take a while to catch up. This is such a lovely close-up you have of the "Squabbling Red-Billed Gulls". The red eye and shiny red beak is adorably stunning. Red and white is definitely a perfect match. The blurred gull with its open beak in the background rounds of this photo well. Thanks for sharing.
