[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [Dutch]
During my Holliday in NZ in 2005, I was in Rotorua and visit Wai O Tapu Thermal Wonderland. So you can see on my another photo of the Champagne Pool the colours are magnificent. I made a closeup from one side of the pool. A complex chemical reaction, thats creates a precipitate of arsenic and antimony sulphur compounds which in turn absorb gold and silver from the thermal water. Solid sulphur deposits occur as islands at the air/water interface on top of the orange rim, providing a suitable environment for the growth of sulphur digesting bacteria.

Hi Bob,

fascinating and primitive looking landscape shot, you PV is excellent. Great colours and details too, great work!

Paul

This is good Bob. You show it sharp and clear, and the colours are great. TFS

And here is the 3rd picture taken by you in the Central Plateau area with amazing colours of the water! These three presentation show that this region is full of geothermal phenomenons! Believe me or not, but I found a new view for this part of New Zeland in your presentations! And many thanks for that! :>
Have a nice evening and best greetings from Lodz!
