Hi Tony, the light is good with good definition throughout and the sky and water look great, but having those people and the dogs playing on the beach are what make this shot great. Otherwise, it's just another beach shot. Enjoyed.

Of course, the very presence of a dog makes me like it even more (I love those wet nosed little sprites.)
This is Wonderfully composed and really fits the title Soft and Gentle. What beautiful lighting!

Oh my gracious - how beautiful. Is that how you picked your screenname? The colors are fantastic with a metallic sheen. Clouds, mountains, waves, patch of blue sky - all wonderful. But the people with their dogs make this an even more special sunset.

Hi Tony,
New Zealand is a beautiful country and you portray it even more beautifully. It is such a wonderful place to be in. Awesome sunset shot this. I can feel the cool zephyr and breathe in the freshness. The glow on the water of the dying light seems stupendous. The lonely figures walking with dogs add so much life and vibrancy in the shot. Excellent POV and a gorgeous composition. Kudos.
