I'm not a gardener so don't know what type of flower this is. I just liked the colour and the water droplets.

Hi Sue, I think this is NIGELLA, Love-in-a-mist. Nigella damascena is one of the most interesting looking flowers you can grow. Looking at it from a distance, the flowers massed in a meadow, they seems to float in a mist. Focus in on a single flower and you might think it's something Dr. Seuss dreamed up. The papery seedpods are just as decorative as the scentless flowers and a favorite for dried flower arrangements.
Look up www.zanthan.com/gardens/plants/nigella.html

All the little dewdrops on this flower really make it look amazing, like something out of a science fiction novel. Well done.

Hi Sue,
I'm back again, cause I've seen this wonderful flower. In German it's called Schwarzkümmel = black cumin. We also say: Jungfer im Grünen which means: damsel in the green. But I don't know why, sorry.
Anyway this is such a beautiful flower, special with all the waterdrops, like from a fairytail with fairies and gnomes.
I like it very much, thanks for sharing
