[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Nephrolepis cordifolia or tuber Ladder Fern from the family Davalliaceae.

Upright ladder-like fronds grow upto 60cm long bulbs at base of plant are about 10-30 mm.

This fern although quite lovely in gardens grows very dense and stops other seedings growing. It has been classed as a pest in many parts of the country because of this.

Lovely fern frond Sue.
These natural fractals make the basis for great psycheelic creations.
I play around with them and change the colours etc.
A bit silly really I suppose.
They're fine as they are.

This is lovely Sue how the ladder fern frond is slowly opening up. Well composed, the angle of the shot is great against the blurred BG (background). And the details and colours are very good. Well done, I like it.
Yes, it can be a big pest in some places.
PT - Oops, my smilies have gone already! See you tomorrow night!

Bonjour Sue, votre photo me fait penser à une aquarelle, bonne composition et teintes trés douces TFS Didier.

A lovely capture. I have always loved ferns unfurling. Your DOF is perfect.
