Hi Pam,
a very good and funny pictrue with good details and nice colours. It's funny to see they are blue inside the beak.
Well exposed and this one looks ok on my monitor.

What an interesting shot Pam! Loks like this lil on eneeds a dentist... or it has a smelt stuck in its gullet.

Very expressive photo which doesn't give us just another pose!

Hello Pam,
An amazing capture that apart from the blue and yellow (Swedish colours), shows how the upper mandible of the bill can hinge upwards!
Fine comp. and the slightly noisy BG does not detract from the standard of this shot.

What a stunning pose and excellent timing!!!
I really like the POV here, too, as well as the great DOF that isolates him from the BG. However, despite being blurred, the BG is still a bit distracting...did you try blurring it more?
Anyway, the colors are also wonderful and the details razor-sharp.
A very beautiful composition, too.

Hi Pam, this is great, you've got all the elements here that make for a great photograph. The shot itself is very well composed. The bird is extremely sharp showing all the detail I would look for, and he's active, letting out some kind of scream, by the looks of things, giving you a shot right down his gullet.
