Hi zhewen,
Nice shot of this tricky fellow. The flash has frozen the action well. Good eye contact. DOF could be a little deeper and include the eye. I'd probably set the camera up to have one of the off centre AF sensors tracking on the eye. this would give goood sharp eye detail.
