Hi Steve,
what a funny creatures. You pressed the shutter on the right moment: the lower one sticks out his tongue. What is nice you can see detail from two sides in one picture. If you're able I'd like to see a close up of the head once. The eyes are great.

Different behavior from gecko here which daytime is sleeping time and active at night. Nicely composed picture. Well done and TFS.

Also great timing - with that big tongue out :)

Hi Steve, I had a good look at Gareth's web site - it is very interesting, and one I'll go back and visit again soon.
So these geckos grow wild down your way, and not just on Gareth's land? Quite attractive with their lacy patterns and colours. Good one!

Time for a haka! Some vertebrates finally, its been a while, man! Gnarly looking camouflage, army should consider that. Glad to see I am not the only one who has a strange tongue in family... :) Sanskrit, that is of course...
