[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Amazing ride in a cage on the back of a truck at feeding time with the Lions at Orana Wildlife Park in Christchurch. After I took this photo I was covered in Lion Saliva on my head and on my camera, but it was worth it, I could even feel it's breath as I was 6 inches from this amazingly powerful creature. We were surrounded by 6 hungry Lions, here Kitty Puss Puss, Nice Kitty, that's a good Kitty MEOW :-)

good shot, nice and clear and well exposed considering you were shooting up.
I don't like seeing animals in captivity and it's a sad refelection on what Homo Sapiens have done to this planet that this is the only way to really preserve them.
