[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
You have to look at more than the thumbnail here to see that the blackish blob bottom left is a young New Zealand fur seal. Opposite side of the rock is its neighbour, an oh-so-common black backed gull. Perhaps this is a model for how humans of different racial and political persuasions should try and coexist.

What a great shot. How close did you get to this cozy pair? It's just a real interesting composition with the diagonals, the animals, and the sea beyond. TFS

What an amazing picture, John. Great composition with a wonderful message. Sharp details and good light. Well done and TFS. : )

Hi John

This s a great shot. Nicely composed to get the two 'pals' in the frame. Good clarity and sharpness. Wonderful textures in the rock. Nice work. Thanks.

Very interesting post!
The animals, rock, perfect quality and framing create this picture.
I like it a lot.
VERY WELL DONE!
