Hello Steve,
Fantastic capture from inside a cave showing the fascinating stalactites and stalagmites. I've only once seen this in Cheddar in the West of England. I llike your composition very much and colours and details are excellent.
Many thanks and regards, Ulla

Hi Steve!
They look fantastic indeed! Wonderful how various shapes can nature form...
Probably was a different light situation you managed very well. Very good description too. TFS!
Best regards,
Andor
Hi Steve,
i've done a spot of caving myself over here in the UK, in the Mendip Hills in Somerset, where Ulla mentioned in her critique..this is very similar! Were you on ropes and gear to get down here?
This is great, superb detail and a great POV dissapprearing back into the abyss. The exposure is good and kept the colour and tone of the Calcite very well. The mind boggles when you think of the timsescales involved...
Cheers,
Paul
Hi Steve!
Caves are rather rarely presented in TN gallery, so first of all - many thanks for showing something unusual.
Very nice POV allow to see how huge this cave is.
If you agree I would like to add this picture to 2 themes: geological wonders, and caves and cave life :)
Greetings from Lodz,

Wow! Very impressive sight!
That must have been incredible!
Don't know if I'd be able to do it myself though... a bit claustraphobic! ;-)
Excellent use of flash to light up the whole cave.
Great composition too.
Superb work, Steve!
Very well done,
Joe

Nice shot, Steve. You obviously got a lot of good images from the trip down the Metro. I like the way you have presented the image so we see a range of stages of the formations.
Cheers

Hi Steve
What a cave!! And you have explained the differences between the stalactites and stalagmites really well - I usually get them confused.
I am always impressed when I see these type of caves.
Good shot - the colours and patterns stand our well
