[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I love this photo because it appeals to the artist in me, in that you can see both the reflection of the rock on the surface and the bottom of the river at the same time. It was taken in Westport (Charlston way) sorry I cant remember the name of the river.

Hi Nicki,
I missed this post of yours.
It is interestingly creative in its concept.
Technically,it suffers a little due to the very bright overexposed areas.
It would have been difficult to do this any better,considering the bright sunlight reflecting off the rock surface and water,and the darkness of the foreground area of detail.
It is interesting though.
I like how the fluted karren (weathered limestone rock) resembles an Elephant Fish eggcase (you know those black things you find on the beach?)
Could this be the Nile River just South of Charleston? Thats the biggest and the most limestoney. The other main ones up there are the Totara and Little Totara I think.
