| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is a secluded little cove just north of the Truman Track near Punakaiki.
The coastline along here has so many varied types of rock that each bay is totally different to the one before.
To get to this one I had to go through the cave with the nikau palms that I have posted previously.
Here the rocks are covered by water at high tide, and at low tide they are covered with green algae and seaweeds.
Its hard to get an idea of scale here but if you look at a previous photo I posted, you can see the waterfalls cascading off the prominent ledge in the centre of the photo.
You can see that photo Here
Hope you like it.
Cheers,
Steve |

Hi Steve,
again these greens look really great, especially in combination with the grey rocks. The curved higher rigde creates a great feel of depth in the image. I like it...
Regards, Jacob

Namastay Steve,
A beautiful scenery of the rocky beach which gets filled when high tide. Nice green mosses make the capture much more attractive. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Sincerely
Hara
