This photo was taken on the Milford Track, Fiordland, it should be popular ponds, I saw the same angle for many times, like mime.

The water is so still, it looks like oil or a mirror. Nicely seen composition. The sky is a little burnt out, you could try using a slightly larger DOF and holding the exposure, or else you could try a graduated filter if you are a serious landscape artist. This has the effect of darkening the sky but keeps the exposure the same for the foreground.
