Wonderful shot of a rare astronomical occurance. The red moon is very erie. I like the way you have composed the moon in the lower left. This image at full size would make a dramatic wallpaper.

Hi Pail. Excellent capture of the red colour from last night's lunar eclipse. Very well framed in the diagonal. Most realistic and the same as we saw here. Wouldn't it be good if we had these more frequently? TFS. Murray.

Excellent capture Paul.
You've really managed to catch it at its best here.
I tried shooting it when it was totally eclipsed but didn't get any really clear shots.
You've done a great job.
Well done.

Super job! I got up at 3:00 am when the eclipse was full to see only a fuzzy orange mass behind FOG!. It had been crystal clear earlier. The color here is magnificent.

Hi Paul,
The best shot I've seen of the yesterday's eclipse.
Beautifull colors and sharpness. Two stars are giving an interesting add-on to this great picture.
Thanks

Hi Paul,
Thanks for sharing, we could see the eclipse in Costa Rica but not as well as you.

Hi Paul.
Wow, you did get an extremely red moon up your way, ours did not get to that extreme red colour here, just amazing and looks like something from another world. Great sharpness and clarity and getting the stars with it is absolutly perfect.
Wonderful image.

Excellent result. Had great views in Sydney too but I could n't get the exposure right and my shots didn't come out any good.
Good composition with the two stars and off centre moon.
well done

Brilliant pic, I saw it also but the colours were far more muted. Catch up soon.

Hi Paul,
This is really a fantastic nightime image the exposure really couldn't be any better. The red result makes this one stand out from the rest. Glad to see you back and I truly hope to see more beautiful captures from a very talented guy. :)
