We just returned from New Zealand, and I wish we had seen these Gannets, too! I love the lines in this photo as well. I might try cropping a bit off the top? Thanks for sharing! -Jenn

Beautiful catch Eugene of this gannet. I love it, eyes shut and preening away there. It is a great experience seeing them all there at their colonies. We have anothe colony up here in Auckland too. Well done and thank you for showing.

Itsn;t Cape Kidnappers a wonderful place to visit? We visted there a few years ago and I was most impressed with how close you can get to the birds. This is a wonderful shot. Excellent sharpness, good POV and the pose is great. Nice work. TFS
