Hi Tony .After one wet and dull day in southern England this is just what i needed to see. The waves and mist from the surf looks fantastic. a very nice compostion with natural looking colours. with just a hint of the clouds. well done TFS. you have brightened up my day. TFS.

I totally agree with Nick!!..Its miserable in the UK!!
This is just an awesome scene..Your framing as ever is just spot on...Everything is just perfect Tony from the sea to the sky to the cliffs!!

Hi Tony!

Nicholas and Paul seem not to be as lucky as Tony and me: we here had great weather, too, today. In the morning it was cloudy and fresh, but soon turned to pleasant spring weather. Unfortunatly I couldn't go out and try to do something as beautiful as Tony did because I had a family celebration... So I'm glad to look at Ton'y marvellous seascape...

Believe it or not we have no blue skies today - just clouds and wind. So your seascape looks even more wonderful to me. The water looks great. The composition is superb with the rocks framing the picture.

Hi Tony!

The coast is wonderful as always, the sky is clear and the place looks like heaven! Only composition with the fg rock is strange for me this time, maybe just something else in concept than what we are used to from you: but it looks good there and the details in that are very fine as well. And I love those long waves... TFS!

Amazing how you can turn a simple scene into paradise....do you also see it as a paradise?...or do things change in your sight from time to time, when all is almost helpless....or do you run back to your images of summer and fall when things were much different? It is a trick of photos and philosophy which you must have inherited via genes..

The atmosphere is well conveyed as I can almost smell the salty water as the surf rolls in from the South Pacific...

The waves and (again) mist from the surf looks fantastic. I believe there is no day without mist. Is that correct? I like the look through to the sea. It is fantastic. Gives this picture a very unusual composition. And oh, oh what is the sky beautiful. From light to dark blue. This must be a perfect summerday. The photo is ful of clarity. razorsharp. Take for instance a look at the front rock. The mussels are very well recognized. Great compo. Greetings and TFS BOB

I like your pov, using the rocks on either side as borders. The eyes are nicely steered towards the beach and ultimately towards that inviting, blue sea! Lovely composition and truly enviable colours!

I really like this coastal scene. It is colourful and relaxing to look at. A nice and calm scenario with lots of wide and open space you have posted here. It reminds me off a place where you want to escape to when the daily rat-race gets too much. A peaceful mix of beautiful sea and bright blue sky. The water looks so inviting, and although I don't really like to swim, I'll reconsider to splash into that cool and refreshing looking water. Great landscape as usual. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Tony

Love the picture. great detail and brightens up the day. I find it interesting to see 'normal' views rather than stunning landscapes sometime (something I am not very good at doing and must try to take a lesson from your book I think). You have handled the harsh sunlight well without loosing any details. this patch reminds me of some of the bays around the Cape Wrath area of Scotland (somewhere I have been several times, but not posted many pictures from). The only minor crit that I am very particular about is the horizon... It appears to have a very big tilt to the right on it, but it may be the waves... still it does not detract too much because there is so little of it to see ;-)

What a sunny day! How I wish our climate was also as good as yours.:( Imagine my situation where I got my new camera but is waiting for the sun to shine.Most of the mornings are overcast and evenings we get thunder showers.(It is unusual at this time of the year, though.)So seeing your lovely landscapes with the sun shining brightly in the sky brings cheer to our dull days:)As usual excellent image with a lovely POV, colors and composition.
