It is indeed a wonderful season and this shows how different it is at least from your eye or angle...but maybe there are also some more than subtle differences in hemisphere....as well! Very nice..Yes it was good of Adam...I am humbled as well...Very good show for both of you and of course you for this fine image!

Great shot! Beautiful collage of red, yellow and blue. Also good lighting and excellent composition. The position of the tree rising from the left hand corner, in a region of light and shadow, looks wonderful.

The colours here are just amazing...Varying shades of reds and green with a blue sky as the bg..The pov you chose is superb with the tree on the left at an angle really make this a perfect scene.

Bonito conjunto Tony. Primero dudé por las coloraciones, pero luego caí en la cuenta de que tú estás en otro hemisferio jeje. Efectivo el ángulo de disparo empleado y sobre todo me gusta la veriación progresiva de los colores.

You are quite right Tony.This is indeed a "pixel hungry image".THe autumn colours splashing away in all its glory creates a fantastic mood.
We in Delhi will have to wait for the Febraury-March months to get a bit of those colours around.Did you know Indian spring resembles
Autumn colours?

Now this is what I picture when I think of an autumn day. A scene I have not seen for more than ten years. We have about 1 1/2 seasons here. The colors of the leaves are just wonderful. Just got back from Colorado where everything was so wonderfully green. I miss all the colors.

your are right, the images where the vegetation is dense
they are pixel hungry images, and it is an image of the sky
or water (river, lake) they don't eat as mush pixels,
