Hello my friend!

Not much action this time :-) But I think I could make thriller based on your picture. You know - weird killer from space, shapeshifter, tries to suck life from an old Ent, dweller of NZ's bush and Lord of the Rings :-) No, I'm not drunk, but after all weekend outside in sunlight and +35C I feel, eeeeeeee, good?

Wonderful. I am happy that winter has not kept you inside. this is a lovely example of what to find imaging in colder months. it works very well and I can feel the seasonal changes..I also hear there are some pretty dramatic lights in the sky according to NASA...but perhaps further S than you. Wouldn't it be WONDERFUL if you could get an image of that!

Well chosen POV, love the comp & BG here mf.
Great use of F/5.6 with precise focus exactly where it must be.
Very good detail, exposure, and color as well.
At shoulder height you say...easy on the knees compared to the usual gound level fungi fun then :)

This is a great composition showing this white fungus on the tree and against a very attractive background. Details are very sharp and colours beautiful.

Fungi are not a topic I can relate to easily. I do not know to much on the subject and rather hold my peace than talking a lot of nu-nu. I can however not let this moment go by to say my little for what it is worth. Focus, composition, sharpness and framing of this mushroom is done and presented in a fine manner. The colour and texture are portrayed beautifully and this mushroom actually looks yum-yum. (Although I am not very fond of the edible ones) The tiny one on the side adds some speciality to this posting. Kind regards and thanks for sharing.
