Well i havent had time to post a photo in ages and to behonest with my lenses my photos havent been as good as I would like. But someone lent me a really good lense to try out on my new canon and the difference is night and day.
Anyway I do believe this is a very cute and cheeky little shag. They are quite brave and this little fella let me get quite close.
56 cm., 700 g., smallest shag, variable plumage from all black to pied, short stubby bills, yellow in adults, dark in juveniles, feet black, yellow facial skin. |

I believe it is a cormorant. But anyways you sure got a nice close up, and a nice DOF.
