[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi All,

Well this old Cotton Top Tamarin certainly does look like the last of the Mohicans. These mischievous little animals are always on the go. They don't seem to be able to stop moving --- jumping from branch to branch. Anyway he certainly does look like the chief of his tribe. You gotta love them.

I hope you enjoy.

Zakiwi

What a punk, Zakiwi. The tamarin, not you : P
Certainly interesting looking fellow, with a lot of attitude. : )
I have watched these little guys jump around, they are so fast. I am very impressed that you caught one of them with such superb focus. The colors and light are great as well. Wonderful portrait, and TFS. : )

Very funy portrait with mean look on its face, very good composition, I think that you missed a little bit with the focus point, it looks on the second eye.

Hello Zakiwi
:)) Extra Photo
Great portrait
TFS

Lovely shot!
This fellow looks amazing, love his haircut ;)
The POV and composition are perfect, details very good, but the hairs seems to be a bit overexposed.
Overall, very interesting post.
WELL DONE & TFS

Hi Erich

I love these guys. You have to be very quick to capture them cos they move jolly fast. I love their cute wee faces. See my pic taken some time ago with a point & shoot camera.

Your shot is lovely and close. The white is unfortuately over exposed. (Don't ya hate whitebut ya got the cuteness oozing out of this guy. Well done. Thanks.

Excellent picture. Cependant je trouve que dans les blancs il manque un peu de précisions sans doute dû à l'éclairage peut-être un peu fort sur la crête du Tamarin. En france on dirait "Partie cramée". Bravo auteur.

Ridfa

Hi Erich,

What an interesting face. You chose a very apt title for this picture. Good POV, focus and DOF. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Hello Erich, this is a great photo. Great colours, sharpness excellent, a very nice composite. TFS

This reminds me of the movie, Gremlins.

Excellent portrait and well done on the composition and details.

Hough Za,
Lovely capture and title. Just a bit soft focussed but shooting such hyperactive animal like this is not easy. I liked the pose and composition.
Well done.
