[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I found this rather proud mother duck with her brood of 13 ducklings swimming in a local pond. She wouldn't come close to me with her ducklings so I had to zoom in to get the shot.

The weather wasn't that flash, cold and windy with lack of light. couple that with having to use my maximum zoom and it was a hard shot to get. But I liked how the ducklings were all obediently following their mother.

What a big family mother duck has, 13 little bundles of fur, oops, feathers.
The conditions, light and grey water don't help your shot, but it's about time the Northern Hemisphere folk started seeing some of our ducks.

What a nice and interesting big family that you have well captured ! The light gives the ducks a bit dark but the effect on water is great. Thanks Sue for sharing this 50th shot...
