A view of the Tararua Ranges, North Island at Sunset.

The ranges seemed blue so I had to stop the car and take the photo before geting home.

I under exposed to shot as the sky was quite bright.

PP. Cropped, Straightened, Resized and Framed. I also selected the land and trees in the foreground and darkened it to give more of a silhouette. I didn't alter the colours or saturation they are as theywere on the night.

What a beautiful sky Sue, and the Tararua Ranges look so good covered in haze at this time. Great composition, I'm sure I'd have stopped the car too. Well shown, thank you.

Beautiful landscape shot in this panorama style crop. I really like it!. Subtle color in that sky. Well framed. Excellent!

Beautiful colored layers. The trees work well as "stops" to keep the ete in the fram, butseem to be mirror images of each other - if one was added later to complete the composition, maybe better to use a different tree?
