Hi Pam
Under the given circumstances and conditions this is an amazing capture of this very interesting horned Chameleon. You have managed excellently to minimise the effects of the flash and the glass.
Fortunately it has 3 horns because if it had 2 we might have called the female a chameleon cow.
The composition is great and the colours are absolutely stunning. The DOF came out perfect at f/5.6 and it captured all the lovely details of the reptilian. The BG is splendid and the exposure was perfect with good use of the fill-in flash.
Very well done and TFS.
Regards

Hi Pam,
it's a good picture under the circumstances.
What you can do if it's possible is to hold the front lens tight to the glass the the glass will act like filter.
Good detail, nice colours and well composed.
Well done, my friend.

Hello Pam,
eye catching portrait of that cunning looking looking "little lion" - chamae leon, with excellent details and marvellous colours.
Well worth to be shown in spite of some mirrored flash light.
By the way, my impression is that closely cropping the picture by removing the 'flaring' parts might be possible and might even further increase the concentration on the animal's fascinating face.
Great notes!
Thank you, and best regards,
Peter

Hi Pam, what an extraordinary guy, never seen this before.
I was wondering if you used a special filter to manage through the glass?

Hello Pam,
Very nice capture of this beautiful specimen. You did an excellent job through the glass as the details and lighting are very nice. These guys are high on my list has favorites as they too somewhat resemble the triceratops dinosaur. Well done. :)

Hi Pam,
Very difficult conditions to shoot under. That said, you did very, very well with this. Fill flash exposure really brought out the colors and texture of his skin so well. Detail is very sharp. and the shallow DOF was perfect here.
