This curious twosome appeared tempted to approach my husband for the possiblility of some pelleted feed... but the burros he was feeding slurped it all up before they made their move. I love how the young one is licking his chops!

This is yet another shot taken at Deer Park Heights near Queenstown, NZ, where you can walk through fields of Deer, Yaks, Bison, Burros, Goats, Tahr, and more. Beautiful overlook views to Lake Wakatipu, and plenty of LOTR movie filming sights. Highly recommended!

Belle et intéressante composition photographique pour ces deux curieux. Le plus jeune est amusant avec sa langue. Bonne netteté grâce à la profondeur de champ bien adaptée.

I too like the young one licking his lips. Was this in anticipation of pellet food? Very alert Deer. Nice pose from them both. The POV is excellent. Good work.

Lovely shot Jennifer. Beautiful quizzical, slightly wary pose offset by the youngster licking his chops. Nice and sharp where needed, great DOF and composition. Think I'll have to find my nearest deer park, I feel inspired :)

This is a beautiful image and compiosition Jennifer. I like the expression of the two and can almost feel the anticipation.

Love the one behind licking its lips :) The composition is strong in this shot I think and I like how you have captured them with good eye contact. Background works well too.
