[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The same day we experienced the storm surges as shown in my last photo, the air was full of sea mist. When the sun went down, it made for a glorious sunset.

Hi Nicki,
Certainly this is a glorious sunset!
It's so enjoyable the colour gradations on the mountains, as well as the imposing silhouette at the first plane.
Congratulations and thanks for share it.
Best regards,
JM

Hallo Nicki
A stunning golden sunset. Simply splendid. The arrangement of the different layers of colours in the sky is amazing and most relaxing to look at. A real delightful view. I would have loved to have seen it for real, because it displays stunningly beautiful on the computer screen. Thanks for sharing.
Kind regards
Anna

Hi Nicki,
Beautiful orange sky. The exposition is well set so that the tree is a china shadow. But, damage that the tree is cut. Still a very beautiful picture.

hi nicki

i'll be brief, i'm writing with one hand (surgery).

you present us a classical, yet very beautiful sunset scenery. the composition with the skelatal tree and the delicate horizon add to the value of the picture.

kind regards

markus

Top marks, Nicki. This is very well seen and executed. The tonal graduations from the top to bottom of the image are superb and the tree silhouette completes the image nicely... without it the image would not have the same impact. The recession in the waves is also well captured. Awesome work.
Cheers
Elizabeth

Hi Niki

Greaymouth and surrounds is a great part of the world and you've it very well in the beautiful seascape. Composition is perfect with that shrub at the left and the exposure is spot on. TFS
