North Shepherd Beach

| North Shepard Beach is on the east coast of Hinchinbrook island and during low tide sandcrabs create sculptures all over the place between the big pebble stones on the north end of the beach. |

Hi Thomas,
Very nice wide-angle shot, interesting composition with those big rocks in the foreground. Nice detail and excellent natural colours, nice low POV. Nice work!
Cheers,
Adrian
Hi Thomas,
I love the point of view you chose. There is interest in this image from foreground to background, and it is well exposed and sharp. It's a little hard to tell in this image but do you think there is some barrel distortion here? My Canon 17-85 lens is terrible at the wide end. It looks like there may be a convexity here. At least I figured out a way to save a distorted image if I had to. (see forum)

Foreground details and colours are excellent, Thomas.
I have a feeling this could look even better with a bit more of the sky.
Hi Thomas,
I just love this wide angle photo with the horizon close to the top of the photo. It shows so much depth throughout the entire shot. The rocks are leading the viewer straight into the photo toward the surf and mountains. You know what caught my attention, the curled stick just in the right center of the photo. I know my mind works in a strange way.

Niek

Fantastic POV, Thomas, of this collection of rocks strewn all about.
Very artistic composition.
The details are super sharp and the colors are delightful.
