What wonderfully rich colors on this cute grebe, Chi Liu. : )
The light on it is superb, resulting in a great reflection.
Very sharp details and excellent POV.
The white flecks on the water are a bit distracting.

Very beautiful image of this bird floating quietly without causing even a ripple on water.
The image captures every shade of colour and every minute detail on the bird to perfection.

Another superb picture from you!
The light and its effects here are magical and you handeled them very well. Also the POV is excellent and the details very nice and sharp.
I like the colors, contrast and the DOF very much, the latter being very well managed and still isolating the head of this beautiful grebe from the blurred water.

What a cute and unusual specimen was captured by you. Your picture executed in dark key is very expressive. Combination of lights and darks are very impressive too.

Great capture of this cute little bird complete with that lovely reflection in the surrounding dark waters. The notes might be somewhat shortish, but it caries some very useful information.

I like the deep colours, the excellent details, the catch light in the eye, the lighting, and the mood of the photo.

Hi Chi,
It would be nice to see you post more images Chi, I joined because great photographers like you were part of the community. It's very exciting to see awesome imagery of wildlife from other parts of the world and without you we lose an important asset from this community. For someone who showed a lot of passion as you for photography I was surprised you stopped posting. Anyway super clarity on this wonderful capture, the colors are very natural and the detail is spot on. I really hope to see more from one of the great contributers such as yourself.
