This funny looking caiman was laying in the middle of the Iguacu national park, when we were there in september last year... The butterflyes on its head diddn't seem to distract it at all and we found it vere funny to look at... Hope you find it amusing to...

They do look funny Ina. Like a pretty floral hat:) I've never seen it on TV - the closest I'll ever get to a Cayman. Good interesting shot. TFS.

Ina, despite his easy pose, I have the feeling our friend above is a little scary. I like this photo a lot. Very good pov and composition. The butterflies add an unusual touch. Great moment.

Extremely interesting. I wonder whether the butterflies are being attracted to the salt being secreted in the caiman's tears.
...and you thought crocodile tears were a myth!
