| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hello I again!!...
Some day ago, I did my third post in trek-Nature this was about a caterpillar.
This caterpillar was in a tree of frutal, but she not alone:
Here his friends!!!
In my four post I present your friend (ja ja), they were eating my tree, But that is Nature!
Now I have something more information on this type of caterpillar.
This as well as her friend, are moth larvae, are in a state of aldultez so it will soon be
converted into pupae and then will be moths.
For now found the following information on these larvae.
"Lepidoptera" is an order of insect that includes moths and butterflies
Classis: Insecta.
Subclassis: Pterygota.
Currency: Neoptera.
Subdivision: Endopterygota.
Ordo: Lepidoptera (Moths).
Superfamily: Bombycoidea.
Family:?
I think the family of this moth is "Sphingidae," but I'm not sure this
I agreadeceria if someone helps me identify it.

Hello Diego
What a huge caterpillar you captured here, very unique looking. Excellent detail, colour and lighting. It looks like he could really do some damage to the vegetation.
Good note.

Un'altra spettacolare immagine di questo strano bruco, ottimi POV e composizione, molto buona la nitidezza, molto belli e naturali i colori. Grazie e complimenti. Ciao Maurizio

hello Diego,
Amazing caterpillar. What a shape! I have put it in the theme for American Caterpillar, it is really worth to be known.
Thanks for this interesting posting
Anne
Repito!...
