one just wanders along the puerto madryn beeach and this sort of marvellous spectacle appears to cheer up one's day....(not that when one is in such a marvellous place, and moreover on holiday, much cheering up is required....)

Hi Anna,
the light glinting off of the water here is very beautiful and the Flamingo's are nicely placed in the foreground...i think your horizon is a little slanted though :o)

Beautiful line up! I love flamingoes. Might be their rare color in nature.
And the format fits the subject very well, maybe a frame would be fine though. Please see the ws...
About software let me suggest to look at the gimp, I think it's a good one and it's totally free license, just download and use. It has many functions. I used this sw for the ws too... TFS

Very peaceful picture. The kind of spectacle and ambiance I love when having nothing else important to do but simply enjoy life and make mine the words "carpe diem" !

Peaceful is however made of balance and I would have suggested, when cropping, that you also put the horizon "horizontal" ! By the way I see now Gondox' workshop which confirms my feeling. Your picture "Coming home" is another example.

Anyway I feel that you really enjoy photography.

Come se dice in italiano : "Dal' dire al' fare, c'è un mare".
