Hi all,
an other picture of last winter. You may be asking... flowers in winter? yes... i was sorprised too.
This was a very strange day: very hot and sunny during the winter time, so as it was my free day, instead of going to the mouintais, i went to the shore of Nahuel Huapi´s lake (a bit of sun after several months of rain and snow is wanted by the body!)
In other of my pictures i show the place (http://es.treknature.com/viewphotos.php?l=3&p=135036) This is one of the shores of Quetrihue´s peninsula; it´s a very rocky beach. There are of course some trees (coihues) and some plants, but at that time of the year is very hard to see flowers.
So, I was sitting in one of this rocks, watching at the lake, when a big bee start to fly in front of me (an other strange thing, there are not bees during winter!!) and i follow it to an other rock where i found this little white flowers. The sun went straight to them, nothing was covering them of wind or something. The rock was a bit high, i had to trek a little.
They were very tiny, i found some of them like in a bouquete, in very small groups. They had four little petals, in oposite sides. If you have any idea of the ID of this little thing, please, let me know!! I search on my plants books but there is nothing like this...
thanks for visitin!
bye!

Beautiful shot. Not amongst the best in terms of sharpness,... but the composition is wonderful. I think if you blur the white flowers more, so that it appears as if you are viewing through a foggy glass, then the lack of sharpness may actually help in making the picture more beautiful. I don't know if it is possible or not,... but may be you can give it a try. Anyways, good work.

I know many flowers, these I cannot even guess. Very pretty indeed!

Hi Brenda,
a very nice delicate shot of these little white flowers! Although not the sharpest, the lighting and POV are both great which makes this a very pretty image!

Hi Brenda!

I like the simplicity of this picture and of these flowers very much. It's also typical for people who love winter and the mountains. I also appreciate your very pleasant notes where you tell us the story of a moment of your day.

Kind regards

Markus
