I Took this photo in flood time. the bird are eating in a house garden cover by water and floating vegetation. The birds are wild, but they tolerate a bit human presence.

The Whitefaced Ibis is natural of the Americas.
Its distribution includes from the United States and Mexico to Argentina. At least some populations are migratory.
It lives in the proximities of the sweet water with high grass in the borders. It is documented to him until the 2500 meters of elevation. It nests in the shrubs and the high grass.
The nestles consists of two to five greenish blue eggs . The incubation is carried out by both parents. Of length it measures of 51 to 61 cm. The weight is of about 475 grams |
