A beautiful moth, Hernan.
What luck that you found it, and it did not fly away.
Not only did it let you take a photo of him. but he even opened his wings for you. The POV is fantastic, showing the two huge orange "eyes". Very sharp details and gorgeous colors. TFS. : )

when I saw the shot in little I thought it's an owl, those eyes. I have never seen this specie before, I like the details of it. the capture is good, I think you can made a better composition, but to capture one is good enough for me, very good job.

Gran detalle,con nitidez le adjunto una pagina donde se la ve, pareciera un poco mas naranja y la oruga no tiene la linea blanca longitudinal dela foto de su oruga, que tal como afirma por sacarla con lupa es una valoracion para hacer claro, que luego le puede mejorar la nitidez digitalmente.

excellent document of eye mimicry presented to a surprised spectator who has disturbed a perfectly well camouflaged moth. Very good describing note - I am really surprised the moth is even able to eject a milky fluid as a last resort of its protection! Perfect colours, and details.
