Nice DOF and good POV. Perhaps next time you could choose a lower point of view... I like the fact that you put this insect in it's natural environment. Good Macro and compliments of Arjuna...

Hi Hernan

You are busy fine tuning that Kodak to deliver some good macros I see. Maybe with this one the actual focus point was slightly next to the fly, but I think you still got sufficient details on the insect especially the frontal area.

The composition is nice, the colours are natural, and the BG is well OOF.

This is a remarkably sharp macro of an insect which really looks like a cross between a fly and a wasp. Hopefully Krzysztof identifies it for you.
Grea POV, DOF, colours and details. The eyes in particular stand out very distinctly.

Nice shot Dear Hernan, though I would like to see the tip of the wings a little sharper. The diagonal lines offer a beautiful composition.

An excellent macro shot on this Wasp Fly. A good exposure has the color saturation and detail looking very good. Very well composed and framed dioganally thru the frame. Well done.

Very nice and perfect executed close-up. I like the composition of the captured scene. The leafs look very expressive. The lighting, DOF and POV are excellent. BG is beautiful too. Superb done and TFS.

Otra excelente macro Hernan, a pesar de la dificultad de tu visor, la nitidez y definición que logras en estas imágenes son realmente muy buenas.
Me encanta la suave inclinación de la escena, con muy adecuada iluminación con un perfecto desenfoque del fondo.
Los detalles que captaste tanto del insecto como de la hoja son muy marcados.
Para completar, un adecuado encuadre descentrado estéticamente muy agradable.
He visto dípteros similares aquí en Baires, aunque desconozco la clasificación de los mismos.
