[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello, Yesterday I posted a fly believing it was a bee. As you can tell my knowledge about insects is null. You can compare the body shape of my previous post with this one. I believe this might be a Green Bottle Fly. Probably I am wrong. Anyway is a Diptera for sure!

Like you I find it very difficult to ID insects. However that does not stop me from appreciating a very good shot

The green leaf is a good background for the fly, but also a pleasant subject in its own right...
