[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
An other animal of the Atacama desert. Sorry for the small note but :
- first, I'm not so good in English
- Second, I'm not so good in the knowledge of such animals.
By the way, the only thing I could say is that bird live near 4000 meters of altitude

Critiques [Translate]

The posture is very well catched, with this gull (larus ridibundus, I guess) running and extending wings before taking off. The details of wings is beautiful, but unfortunately, there is an exposure problem, occuring very often on white feathers when sun is too harsh. Light burns that part, destroying also delicate feathers details. If the brightness problem can be corrected, the details will remain absent. I think, anyway, it can give a better light balance to your shot, where, indeed, the stretched wings are very well catched. See WS for a tentative correction.
