I think you are right, a James's Flamingo. Very special! The best photo of this species I've seen so far. A pity that it's turning its head off. Beautiful clear colours and good sharpness. Great reflection in the water.

nice capture and with a great composition, showing the reflex of the Flamingo in a blur way..
awesome colors of the bird's body and good sharpness.
I like the reflex that show besides yet the blue sky and almost clean water.
