Some parts are overexposed. I think this is a scanned photo and I think you did a nice job.

Nicely composed shot. Nice to see the Flamingo at different stages during a 'drinking session'. Some with their heads down ready to drink with other with their heads tilted at different degress to swallow their water. Nice work. Thanks. :-)
