"Lavadeira de Cabeça Branca" or White-headed Marsh-Ty, or Arundinicola leucocephala. (male)
I know this picture is not so good, but it is the best I have about this bird. This shot was taken at pantanal (Brazil) whith a big lens (1300mm) but not a good cristal, thats why I have it like "out of focus". The day was very cloudy and the light was not the better ones.

I have never seen this type of bird, so out of focus or not I enjoy it.The DOF is quite spectacular.
