Hi Marcio,
Very well done. Good composition, DOF and sharpness. The slight movement shown with the slight blur of the wings add to the appeal of the photo. Light is excellent.

Gostei muito da foto!! tem boas cores e composição!
Quanto a identificação, acredito que se trate de um sábia-do-campo, uma ave bastante típica do interior do Brasil (Familia: Sturnidae, Espécie: Mimus saturninus).
Na Wikipédia tem um artigo muito bom sobre essas aves.
