Congratulations on your 100th posting and what a beauty it is! I've never heard of Puffbirds before but they must be related to Kingfishers. What luck to be able to spot it when out on your own! Excellent capture in beautiful light. Great sharpness and fine colours. I lovely composition too.

A wonderful post to celebrate your 100th. Congratulations! I have never seen this bird before and it's a cutie. A wonderful capture with good natural colors,and very sharp details. The eye is wonderful and the plummage is excellent. Lovely composition on the branches.

CONGRATULATIONS on reaching 100 and what a shot to celebrate the occasion! You have a marvellous gallery which anyone would be proud of. Keep them coming.
This is another exquisite shot with such sharp details and colours on its plumage. I like the warm evening light and the way the cute one is perched. The blue sky as BG looks nice and perfectly highlights the subjects. Excellent POV and a precise DOF. Very nicely composed. Kudos.
